THRIVE! – A three phase Trauma Healing & Recovery Program is grounded in the latest neuroscience and mindfulness research. Together, we will walk through a holistic plan that combines mind-body education and essential recovery practices.

PHASE 1 Calming the Body and the Mind
In this foundational phase of our Trauma Recovery Program, we focus on restoring balance to the brain and body. When trauma occurs, the brain’s limbic system becomes overactive, keeping the individual in a constant state of survival. This phase, built on recent neuroscience and psychology research, offers trauma-informed coaching to teach clients how to regulate their emotions, reduce stress, and manage anxiety.
Over four weeks, participants engage in 1-3 personalized coaching sessions per week, learning essential techniques to quiet the overactive limbic brain and bring calm to the body. As clients progress, they join small, coach-led groups for further support and practice, fostering accountability and accelerating healing. This group support continues throughout the six-month program, ensuring a holistic and sustained recovery journey.
This phase helps clients re-learn how to differentiate real danger from everyday events, restoring a sense of safety and control in their lives.
PHASE 2
Mind & Body Training Towards Trauma Recovery
Once clients have developed a strong foundation in emotional regulation, we move into brain training and education to support deeper healing. This phase focuses on helping individuals process trauma, shift from survival mode, and develop a clearer perspective on external events. Through a combination of personalized coaching, writing exercises, daily journaling, mindfulness practices, and intentional daily actions, clients work to rebuild healthy brain function.
From weeks 5 to 12, clients engage in weekly individual coaching sessions and optional group coaching. Together with their coach, clients co-create a tailored wellness plan that includes physical movement, an intentional eating and hydration plan, and stress-reduction techniques. This comprehensive approach helps participants not only process past trauma but also implement daily life practices that promote holistic healing for both the mind and body.
PHASE 3
Living Intentionally and Mindfully
In the final three months of the program, clients focus on reclaiming control of their lives after trauma. Trauma can disrupt thinking patterns, emotional regulation, and mindful living, leaving individuals feeling disconnected and powerless. During this phase, clients work closely with their coach to set meaningful goals, develop action steps, and practice daily healthy habits to rebuild their lives intentionally.
This phase is client-directed, with the coach acting as a supportive partner in co-creating a personalized path to healing. Clients are encouraged to participate in theme-based wellness groups, which provide inspiration, education, and additional support for personal growth. Through consistent goal-setting and intentional action, clients take back control, fostering long-term recovery and a renewed sense of purpose in their daily lives.
